We strongly recommend you start with our Options and Pricing page to better understand all the options available and how pricing for those options works. This will help you decide which options are important to you.

For a detailed quote to match your precise specifications, please contact us at info@ccpercussion.com to begin the specification process.

Please provide as much detail as possible including the following:

• Quantity, sizes, and ply-thickness of toms, base drums, and snare drums
• Materials, colors and finish of each drum
• Desired hardware options such as lugs and rims

We strongly recommend you carefully review our Options and Pricing page to better have a clear idea of all th choices you have in specifying you custom drum kit o snare.

When you’re ready to place your order, please call us at (708) 768-1323 or e-mail us at info@ccpercussion.com. We can begin work on your drums after we receive your deposit of 50% of the cost of your order. See "How do I make a payment?" below for more information about payments.

If you place your order by e-mail, please be sure to include the following information:

• Quantity, sizes, and ply-thickness of toms, base drums, and snare drums
• Materials, colors and finish of each drum
• Desired hardware options such as lugs and rims

If you’re having difficulty choosing between finish options, we can provide up to three samples after we receive your first deposit of 50% of the cost of your order.

Your order is guaranteed against defects in materials for two years and defects in finish for one year. If you discover a rare defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the defect for free.

While we are not responsible for damages that occur in shipping, we will try to repair the damage for free if possible. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that all damages that occur in shipping can be repaired free of charge.

Production will begin after we receive your deposit of 50% of the cost of your order. Production time depends on the complexity of your specifications and the availability of your specific materials from suppliers.

Production time for most orders:

• Standard Snares: Up to 6 weeks
• Standard Kits: Up to 10 weeks

Production time for orders with powder coating:

• Standard Snares: Up to 8 weeks
• Standard Kits: Up to 11 weeks

Production time for orders with custom color wraps:

• Standard Snares: Up to 12 weeks
• Standard Kits: Up to 14 weeks

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order at any time during the production process, please contact us at info@ccpercussion.com.

Unfortunately, sometimes materials from suppliers are backordered causing temporary delays in production. In such an event, you will be informed of the delay.

You have 24 hours to make any changes after you place your order and first deposit. After that period, any necessary parts will be ordered and production will begin. If you must make changes after that point, your changes will be treated as a new order.

Production will begin after we receive your deposit of 50% of the cost of your order. We will notify you once production is complete. You have 15 days from notification of completion to pay the outstanding balance and any shipping charges. Your order will not be shipped until payment is made in full. See "How do I make a payment?" for more information about payments.

If payment is not received within 15 days of notification, your order will become the property of Chicago Custom Percussion and will be available for sale to the public. Your first deposit of 50% of the cost of your order will not be refunded. Until your drums are sold to another party, you still have to ability to pay the remaining balance at which point we’ll deliver your drums to you.

You can pay for your order by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, cashier’s check, or money order. At this time, we cannot accept personal checks.

VISA or MasterCard:

For your safety, we recommend you call us at (708) 768-1323 to make a credit card payment. While not recommended, you may also make credit card payments by e-mail at tony@ccpercussion.com.

PayPal:

PayPal Payment should be sent to tony@ccpercussion.com. There will be an additional 3% fee to cover the expense of using the PayPal service.

After production is complete, your order will be shipped when it has been paid in full including shipping costs. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground delivery. It should arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.

Your shipping cost will vary based on your location and the weight of your specific order.

• Snares: $45.00
• Kits (assuming three-piece kit): $150.00

Your drums are made to your custom specifications. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. If your drums are defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us.
